- An investigation was performed about the effect of Neguvon on Przhevalskiana silenus (Brauer) larvae which makes great economic losses among Angora goats. The material of the study is 200 Angora goats. Their ages are between six months and 3.5 years old.

Animals are divided in to two groups and Neguvon was applied two ways.

Oral Application of Neguvon: Fifty goats were used as an experimenthal group. Each animal tooh 50 mg Neguvon per one kilos body weight with 10 % solution. Treatment continued three months and Neguvon was given once a month. Controll animals were composed with same amount and same ages.

Washing the Dorsal region of the Animals: Hundred goats were used in different ages in this experiment. 100 cc. % 2 Neguvon Solution was used for washing young animals and 150 cc.for the others. Washing the animals were performed only on time. Controll animals were composed with same amount and same ages. The amount of the Hypoderma was counted two time by one month interval.

Result: Washing the animals gave 7.51 % recovery. Animals had long mohair when washing applied. For this reason; drug did not effect on very well and result is not statisfactory.

When Neguvon was given by orally, gave 89.59 % recovery and no toxicity was observed.

This study indicates; if Neguvon is applied by orally treatment of Hypodermosis in Angora goats give statisfactory results. Keywords :
