As much as they effect the life of induvidial animals the hazards have effects on the animal products. As has been the case with other living organisa and business materials there's a need to introduce an insurance system against these unpredictable hazards on the animals. The insurance will reduce the losses incured by these hazards to the producer or the animal order.

İn our country, Iivestock insurance practice started in the year 1960. Since then, despite the need for the goverment to support the practice, only 1 % of our animals are insured. Keywords :
