- The study was carried out to detect pregnancy rates of cattles, injected a PGF2α analogue with an eleven days interval and insemİnated 72 -96 hours after second cloprostenol İnjection, in field conditions.

In three villages in the vicinity of Konya, a total of 89 cows and heifers were inseminated. The average pegnancy rate was 50.56 percent

From the obtained results, it was concluded that prostaglandin controlled inseminations may provide better results than tour system, especially in the regions containing cows with iow pregnancy rates resulting from misdiagnosis of estrus and in the regions having a small livestock population inseminated artificially.
