- We have studied in order to get the effect of various sunlight and rations on the strength of fiber elasticity, the amount of grease and the grease fleece weight in 74 F2 and 44 F3 Akkaraman x Merinos ewes on the Konya Animal Farm. All ewes were divided into three groups for this purpose. Group 1 was fed by fattening ration which had 1656.59 g dry matter, 1040.39 g TDN and 148.57 g D. protein daily. Group 2 was fed by half of the first group, we called it normal ration, Group 3 was run on the local pasture of Konya Animal Farm. They did not have any supplemental feeds.

Besides, each ration group was divided into three subgroups according to exposure sunlight. First subgroup had always been under the shady place. Second subgroup had always been under the sunlight. Third subgroup had been both shady place and sunlight. The time of experiment was 183 days. The strength of fiber elasticity the amount of grease were determined in each group at the end of experiment. All differences between at the beginning and finishing have been compared into groups and between groups. Keywords :
